Hi again, Passer-bys.
Back at it again with a new journal entry.
I know, right?
Yeah. Lately, I've been drawing a lot, and that explains why there are no new chapters. I've been struggling to manage being a one-man operation, so I figured I would fix it by taking some of the load off of making "top-quality" content.
I don't think that art style with shoddy-looking outlines is considered top-quality.
That's because I'm using MS Paint. Like I said, everyone does things differently. Speaking of which, I could recall watching a few videos of Jaiden Animations because I was curious. If it weren't for her stuff, I wouldn't have gotten the answer to my problem. Notice how her animated style looks simplistic? (there's even a community of animators with the similar style) It didn't cross my mind that maybe I would use a simpler art style to provide illustrations in relation to my stories. That's why I say to make my life easier, newer stories of Angela & Zen will have the characters with stick figure arms and block legs. Little known fact, I've used that art style starting from middle school, and I haven't thought of using that art style until now. I was probably afraid I would become a rival of folks who made Cyanide and Happiness. Apparently, comparing my old art style with Cyanide & Happiness* --
Your art style is Cyanide & Happiness with pants!! But more messier.
I was gonna say that, Inner. So, indeed. Even though my primary art style is my attempt to do manga-ish art, I would pursue doing newer drawings using other styles. Here's a short list of what I can do:
Primary art style - manga-ish
Secondary art style - scribbled lines and coloring
Tertiary art style - Stick figure arms and block legs
Quaternary art style - Silhouettes with details and background grid pattern
Weird list, huh? I know. I'll probably reserve the primary and quaternary art styles for posters and fanart. In this way, there will be more finished art and less WIPs. Aow! To conclude, to identify my work, just find my shuriken symbol. Maybe one of these days I would start doing commissions once I'm used to my art styles. Since I'm mostly drawing for a while, I'll go back to writing new chapters in August. And kudos to the people I've mentioned. Keep up the good work, huh? By the way, if Jaiden's 19, she sounds like she's in her mid-20s, and she could do voiceovers for commercials.
You're a crazy man. Art style since middle school?
Yes, and good, I will resume being crazy. It's better than being an average joe with no personal ambition. Catch you again.
Cheers!

Frustrating Predicament
You'll probably see me differently after this. I grew up in the United States of America. Specifically, in the state of Hawaii. 26 going 27. Unemployed, making digital art and music to make something of myself. I'm somewhere in the Autism spectrum. My family is mostly Filipino, as I'm the firstborn in a family of four. Yes. My family is Filipino, and my father desires to retire in the Philippines starting this year of 2023. My mother is on board with the idea for her e-business, and my younger brother has his own plans while generally agreeing to the plan of permanently relocating to the Philippines. My father had served in the U.S. Army, and worked on several jobs afterwards while maintaining citizenship here in the U.S., and because of his conversation with this one guy during the 2022 Christmas party with the family, he decided all of us must slowly but surely move back home for the rest of our lives. In fact, father had been wanting to do that for quite some time, especially

2022 Birthday Message
ATM: I was gonna go out and shoot new cosplay pictures of one of my characters, but I'm staying back until my migraine shuts up xD. All my life, I've been into making costumes and dressing into them. I can provide illustrations of what my costumes looked like when I was younger. Starting in friggin' middle school, I created my own set of superheroes and made a supposedly original art style. I even actually tried to cosplay as Daft Punk (yes, both members... mostly Thomas because I liked his helmet at the time xDD). When I discovered Kamen Rider sometime after high school, I subconsciously decided I'd create my own superheroes, and even make costumes. In a way... I'm bringing my characters to life!! Starting with Kamen Rider Cog, I had to challenge myself with crafting skills using raw materials, and eventually to this day, incorporate foam padding and velcro! It really depends on what character I'm making. I have browsed about the idea of Tokusatsu creations made in America, but
